Hello,

I am trying to get a successful learning cycle with 7 cells in series and high capacity.

During a charge the CUVC flag occurs and the DSG Mosfet opens.

You can see it in the picture below where is a voltage drop/jump.

After disabling it I am still not able to reach an update status which is higher than 0x05.

Is this a normal behavior?

i do not believe the disabling the CUVC flag is what caused learning to fail. What is your cell capacity, discharge rate and chem id? DId you identify your chem id using gpcchem?

Hello Onyx,

we have a Typ. Capacity of 20.100 mAh and discharge with ca. -2800 mA.

We use Panasonic cells with the chem id 0x2039.

I suggest you use a larger discharge current. Something closer to c/5 for your learning cycle. How did you identify the chem id 2039 which you are using?

Hi Onyx,

I used the GPCCHEM which gave me another chem id than 2039.

Also used a higher current.

The learning cycle was now successful.
