1、when I calibrate CC offset and board offset,  the bqstudio report:Calibration- Current flow across sense resistor, Please ensure no current is flowing and retry calibration.

CC Offset and Board Offset are values which are changed during the calibration procedure using the calibration plug-in. These short across SRN and SRP internally and open SRN and SRP internally when 0 current is flowing to calculate CC Offset (Short SRN-SRP) and Board Offset (Open SRN-SRP).

Short and open SRN-SRP can do this to finish calibration for bq35100?

 Programming the chem id programs the OCV table and the  resistance tables. 

about these tables infos, Now I have a problem:  OCV table and the  resistance tables data how i can flash to my project?

when my project enter mass produce, I  will  have so many chips, I can`t flash it by bqstudio.

Programming the chem id programs only when I bringup the bq35100 chip.

how can i do?

    hi Tao

    When doing ccoffset and board offset calibration, disable your load and also disconnect your charger so there is no current flow. I wouldn't recommend shorting the SRN and SRP pins.

    -For mass production, after you are done configuring the device, you will export a golden file which you can parse on other devices using your host. The golden image could either be an srec which is a standard motorolla file format or a flashstream file fformat (bqfs or dffs) which is a text file with i2c commands and data containing the firmware and/or data flash setting. Pls see the device evm user guide and other app notes on the product folder or additional info.

    My board bq35100 connect many other chips, it`s a whole,  not like EVM,  it`s difficult to disable loads.

    many chips driectly work on when board power on.  my board can only enter low power consumption, but not without load.

    so I need much help to how to ccoffset and board offset calibration.

    Unfortunately you can't run board offset and cc offset calibration with current flow

    I doubt the TI design.

    calibrate CUURENT must -1000mA。not the -1000, bqstudio report error.

    It is so strange request。 

    It`s not EVM, want const current load, then can.
