LM25145: External SYNCIN Signal Skipping

Dear, Sir.

My customer is evalating LM25145 with the external SYNCIN signal, 540kHz.

The signal sometimes skipped so the frequency down to around 130kHz.

They set the free-run frequency at 401.6kHz.

I would like to make sure

Does LM25145 work the free-run during SYNCIN signal skipped and down to 130kHz?
