TPS63710 will not support that. For inverting buck boost you will need 36 - (-52) = 88 V. You will have to find a 100 V rated device. I will move this to the HV forum.

Ann, converter looks to be your only option based on input/output power requirements.
How about LM5146?

You can use synchnous buck IC in inverting buck boost application.
