UCC21222: Complimentary Output Gate Driver

Dear Sir,

Could you please suggest any complimentary output gate driver with operating temperature range of  –40°C to 125°C. I have only one gate signal, complimentary driver with dead-time adjustment is required. So that I can use it for synchronous buck or half bridge topology.

    Hi Nesh,
    Thank you for your question. I work on the applications team in the high power drivers group.
    The UCC20225 is a dual channel isolated gate driver with single input. It’s rated for recommended ambient temperatures between -40 and 125°C.  The part is also equipped with programmable dead time.  The dead time duration can be programmed by placing a resistor between the DT pin and GND, with the resistor value (Rdt) determining the duration by the equation [ ] where  is in ns and  in kΩ.
