LM2675: Mil-spec version

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had information on mil-spec versions of the LM2675 voltage regulator, both the 3.3V and 5V version. It will be flying on a CubeSat in the future so I was hoping to get some information on parts with the same functionality or pinout that can survive launch.

    Hi Tyler,

    We do not have any Military or space classified products. We do have high reliability devices with enhanced materials set for harsh environments. These are controlled by Defense Logistics Agency Vendor Item Drawings (VIDs). 

    The TPS57140-EP is the closest device similar to the LM2675 functionality.
