Is this part in production?...is it recommended for new designs?.

I see people asking questions about it but the part appears to be NOT AVAILABLE

what about a Eval board with this part?

I see SLUUBX2A eval doc using the UCC21732Q.

Plan to use it for basic IGBT gate driver board. (i.e. for Mitsubishi CM800/600) half bridge

Welcome to e2e, and thanks for your interest in our devices!

The UCC21750 and UCC21750-Q1 are in Prototype phase. The -Q1 version is for AEC-Q100 applications (automotive). We use the same EVM for several different versions of this IC since they are all pin-compatible.

Samples are available, we mark them with a "P" prior to the part number to indicate they are Prototype parts.

We are working on releasing this to production now.
