CCS/UCD3138A: A question about GUI Tool and Dataflash

I use the tool which name USB Interface Adapter and the GUI (UCD3XXX Device GUI) to PMBUS communication and firmware download. If i want to change the communication mode from PMBUS to UART, do you have the official tool and GUI?

The other question is about dataflash. I see some discussion in some website that the dataflash wil lost at some condition. Is it true? if yes, Can you tell me that how can i prevent the problem?

Hello,

There is currently no UART GUI tools that I'm aware of for firmware download from the PC to the device. The Fusion GUI tools communicate using USB to I2C/SMBus using the USB-TO-GPIO adapter. CCS/Uniflash can download firmware through some supported JTAG emulators.
