Is there charging overcurrent protection function in the BQ7790512 device ? If has, could you share me how to test this function ?

No. The BQ77905 family does not provide overcurrent during charge protection. If you are looking for that feature, it is on the BQ77915. This is a very similar device. The only difference is the BQ77915 offers the OCC, cell balancing, and a HIBERNATE mode. Here is the datasheet:
