LMZ22010: Can this part and the LMZ23610 be synched to an SSFM clock source?

Part Number: LMZ22010

The requirement is that the part must be able to be synchronized to an external spread spectrum frequency modulated (SSFM) clock source that has it's clock frequency spread over a bandwidth that is +/- 10% of the set frequency.

Do these 2 devices have that capability?

Hi Lauren,

Let me dig into this and get back to you. I am curious why the need for spread spectrum? Both of these devices already have low radiated emissions (EMI) tested to EN55022.

Hi Lauren,

These devices can sync to a spread spectrum clock but the modulation frequency would need to be well under 10kHz. This might not meet the target +/-10% you mentioned.
