TPS2511: My circuit can not charge IPAD at 2A can you help review my circuit?

Your R_ILIM_SET (resistor R152) is currently set ot 24.9K. This is too tight of a current limit. Please try changing the resistor to 22.1K. This will raise your current limit to 2.3 A.
