TPS22810: Question about selecting low-leakage load switch

Hi team,

    My customer is selecting one load switch to turn on/off the battery power. And the switch need the UVLO (under voltage protection) feature to protect the load. I found TPS22810 device has this feature but the quiescent current and shutdown current is quite large. Could you please help to provide the suitable switch? Thanks!

    Hi Zhengquan,

    What is the voltage and current levels in this application? What kind of UVLO control is needed?

    Off the top of my head I would suggest taking a look at TPS22953 and TPS22954 which implement a UVLO similar to TPS22810.

    You can also look at TPS22910A, TPS22912C, TPS22913B and TPS22913C which have integrated UVLO on the IN pin.
