IT IS possible for some devices such as teh TPS54620, others cannot. Youy will need to be more specific about your design requirements and preferred devices.

Ad John Tucker points out, some parts will support it while others will not. It depends on the application and prefered devices.
As a general rule, Voltage Regulators do not like being run in parallel unless the regulators have specific characteristics to allow this functionality. If you could provide John and I with the details of your application, such as input voltage, output voltage and load current, we might be able to offer a recommendation for you to consider.
