BQ51013B: Why does vrect signal change when wireless charging is converted to wired charging？

This looks correct.

When voltage is detected at AD pin the unit will switch off Wireless Power by sending End Power Transfer (EPT) to TX. At that time voltage at RECT will go low.  The TX will turn on after a certain amount of time to check if the status has changed, we see the unit turn on then turn off.
