I got EV2400 but sems that bqEVSW cannot connect with it .

    Hi 

    Do you have a gauge connected to the device? if yes, do you have the leds on the ev2400 light up? if they light up, then the ev2400 is functional and you need to make sure the gauge evm you connected is functional.
