This will depend on the size of the batteries. Are you adjusting the timer setting and charge current setting for the different batteries being used? The 2Hz signal will occur when a timer fault occurs for both pre charge and fast charge.

The issue is not coming when I use 2600 mAh battery but comes when I use 1400 mAh battery.

Did you mean every time when I change the battery capacity I have to change the timer setting?

If yes then How can I set timer for pre-charge and fast-charge for different battery capacity?

Hello,

You cant set the timer for precharge and fast charge independently. The precharge timer will be 1/10th of the fast charge timer which is set by the TMR pin.

What is the default value of safety timer if I left TMR pin unconnected?

Hello Suraj,

What i meant was that if you didn't change the charge current when you change the battery, it is possible the timer could expire if you have a larger battery with a smaller charge current and the same charge timer.
