For the ESD test, we strictly follows JEDEC requirement, where MM is not defined as a requirement for integrated circuit ESD Qualification. Only HBM and CMD are necessary ESD qualification test methods as defined in JESD47.

For the HBM, it is 2000V at 25C and 125C. For the CDM it is 1000V at 25C and 125C. The device pass Q100 test.
