LMR23610: which product will be working without soldering on thermal pad?

could you tell me what suitable product is?

Vin:36V

Vout:24V

Iout:3A

note

customer doesn't want to use thermal pad.

so they don't solder on thermal pad so it would be floating.

if the product relies on thermal pad as GND, the product wouldn't be accepted in this case.

(I have promoted LMR33630 but it must have "soldering" on thermal PAD so the product can't work properly.)

Hi Takahashi-san,

LMR33630 comes in Hotrod package (VQFN) with no thermal dap. Does that work?

Other options may be:

LM62440, LM61460

LM636xx

I'm thinking for high power converter, the customer is going to need to either

1. Solder dap of leaded package

2. Design a hotrod (QFN) device which has wetable flanks for visible inspection.

I am unsure that I can recommend any other option.
