TPS62273: What is the Vout=3.3V efficiency for this part?

There are many charts in the datasheet for efficiency at other Vout voltages, but I couldn't find any for Vout=3.3V.

Also, is there a better 400 mA for my application?

Vin= 3.7 to 5V; Vout=3.3V +/-3%; Can not use BGAs.

Total PCB area and the ability to run no more than warm (Tambient + 20 deg C) in still air, with no heatsink is important.

I don't need the voltage switch feature.

Hello,

I don t have test data at this conditon for TPS62273 but from webench, going to export->chats you can find the efficiency plot with your specified condition.

From webench you can also have a look into TLV62568A, an evaluation module for this device is also available for further test.

The TPS62273 is not Webench enabled. I am unable to find any data on it there.

Hello,

sorry my fault, I meant TPS62237 is implemented in webench. The device you mention is a bit older and not supported in webench.
