LM5007: LM5007

Part Number: LM5007

LM5007MMEP  national Semiconductor:  Problem: We used in the yaers before this obsolete NSC-IC  mit the suffixe MMEP,  means  MM (=MUA08-case)  and  EP (=Enhanced Plastic High Voltage). We know that obsolete and not any longer gettable. So far OK.

We see that Texas has the Type LM5007MM    but the version LM5007MMEP exists not . The case is the same, this we could find out without  problems.  But  has this Texas type LM5007MM also the spec "Enhanced High Voltage"  although it isn't  mentioned in the data-sheet?.  Are both type LM5007MMEP (old NSC) and the LM5007MM (TI) equivalent? So far I couldn't find informations/documentations.

If you have any idea  or support,  it would be fine...
