USB-TO-GPIO: Adapter not attached

Part Number: USB-TO-GPIO

I am having trouble connecting USB-TO-GPIO to PC. I see the green light on the adapter, however, the GUI says adapter not attached. Also, the device manager displays an 'unknown device'.

Please see attached screenshots. Could anyone provide a solution for this issue?

Hi Nikhil,

Do you install TI Fusion in your computer?

If not, can you install TI Fusion and check again?

Hi, Nikhil,

Make sure you have USB-to-GPIO and not USB-to-Any. The USB adapter looks like the below image. And here is the link to software that works with USB-To-GPIO: http://www.ti.com/tool/FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER. If GUI does not detect Adapter, unplug the USB adapter and re-plug it in. If it still does not work, try another USB port.
