Where can I find the recommended landing pattern for the SIP Module, in the Data Sheet is a 3D- View and a hint to the product data sheet?

Same Issue by the linked document in the package column of the table on the product page.

Hi Schaefchen,

There was a recent revision to the datasheet and the mechanical drawing with the landing patterns document link was broken. I've attached the landing pattern for the device. Hope this helps in your design.
