Hi,

Can serialise LM334 to get 160V 1uA current source?

I need a high voltage current source that I can then dynamicall "setpoint" from 1nA to 1uA for a reactive load.

Hi Nicholas,

If I understand this correctly, you want to stack LM334 in a line to get a current output. The LM334 cannot support this function. Each LM334 will fight each other for regulation and not work as intended. The LM334 can also not work down to 1nA.

If you need a high voltage current source, have you looked into creating a discrete current source with a LM4041-N ADJ?
