Hi,
the datasheet of LMZM23601 does not include mechanical drawings (outlines, land patterns,stencil design etc.) of the uSIP SIL 10 package. Please help me where to find them.

PS: I found the SIL0010C and SIL0010D drawings from other device, but they are different and probably do not match the LMZM23601 package.
