Hello Carlo,

Thank you for the interest in the TPS2835. This is an older device and I wanted to see if there is a newer device with similar functions that you might consider.

The TPS28225 and TPS28226 are newer synchronous buck gate drivers that may fit your application. The datasheets can be found in the links below.

I did find some data on the TPS2835 ESD testing and the passing results are below.

ESD: 100pF,1500 Ohms 2500 V

CDM 1500 V

I have confirmed the test method and the rating that the results will support.

The test is for HBM rating condition and the test results support a 2kV HBM rating.
