except frequency extend, what's any other difference between UCC28070 and UCC28070A? or is there any improvement on UCC28070A?

    Hello Max,

    The UCC28070A was designed to operate IGBT switches at frequencies as low as 10kHz.

    The UCC28070 has a lower frequency limit  of 30kHz and is more suitable for higher frequency MOSFET applications.

    Thats is the only difference between these two devices.
