I download the transient model for the tps7a4701 and used the .tsm file to create the model on TINA-9. When the I set the circuit up for astable operation, the transient analysis creates a plot where the y axis is all a single value.

Hey Spencer,
When you add J1 connectors like that to all the voltage setting pins, you connect them all together, which is unlikely to be what you wanted to do.
The reason that the y axis is all 1 value is because TINA auto zooms in on your waveforms and it looks like there wasn't much change in voltage in what you were measuring.
You can always zoom out or change the y-axis values to fix this.
