TPS40061: Un-encrypted model / library

We are using TPS40061PWP, in one of our existing designs. We would like to carry the simulations on this controller.

When I searched I could only find the encrypted models. We would like have the un-encrypted model / library of the TPS40061PWP. Can somebody help me on this.

TSP40061PWP don't have unencrypted pspice model. have you fixed the design yet? if not, I will recommend you can try LM5145 which is 75V votlage mode controller. it has unencrypted model in below link:

Yes, it is an existing design and would like to simulate.

if TPS40061 un-encrypted model is not available, may I know any closest voltage mode controller with minimal changes which can get us TPS40061 model.

Can you leave your email to me, I will try to apply TPS40061 un-encrypted model for you, but I am not sure whether we can finally generate it.

And what behaviour of TPS40061 you want to sim? loop or other?

I would like to simulate the steady state performance at various line and load conditions. I am also interested to examine the output voltage over shoots and under shoots with the step changes on supply voltage and load current.

Hi Ravkumar:

TI provide free simulation tools TINA-TI for TPS40061 sim, the model can be found in below link, you can get the steady and transient performance in different input and load condition

I will check with model team whether the un-encrypted model is availble, because it cost time, so I suggest you can use TINA model verify the design first.
