TPS57040-Q1: Minimum controllable On time for worst case analysis

Hi,

I am working on worst case analysis for the TPS57040-Q1 circuit. The datasheet of the device indicates that the minimum controllable On time is typically 130 ns. Then, what is the worst case value for the minimum controllable on time?

I really appreciate if any one can answer my question.

I am not sure we have this data since it is not in the Electrical Characteristic table.

I'll try to check if we have this information.

Hi Jenny,

I have checked with the Product Engineering on this part and unfortunately we do not have the data for the worst case value for the minimum controllable on time.

This parameter does not have a characterization data with the ATE tester.

Since this is an older part, there is a limitation on the tester to test this closed loop performance.

Our newer generation of parts will have this value of worst case minimum controllable on time such as this one
