Hi,

I accidentally sealed the bq78350 through the GUI. Is it possible to turn it back to the shipped version? Because every time I do a reset it does not let me read the flash

so I have to do the unseal/full access commands as well to make some temporary changes.

    Hi Andras,

    You can reload the device firmware using the Firmware screen in BQStudio. The latest version of the BQ78350-R1 firmware is available here: http://www.ti.com/product/BQ78350-R1/toolssoftware. In the zip file download, there is a .srec file that you can load in BQStudio. There is also a .bqz file in the zip folder that should be copied to C:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio\config\ so that BQStudio will automatically recognize the new firmware.
