Hi,

First Install BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.96_Build1-windows-installer

and then EV2400Updater-0.28-windows-installer

Open Battery management studio and pop window open and ask device type, and then select target and click on finished.

error shows -> The detected device is not compatible with this application. some action could cause the device to loss communication.
