BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW: failed to update RSOC and ASOC

Hello sir,

I am having a 12 V 20 Ah battery (lion), I used BQ78350 IC in my product. My current requirement is more 200 amp. I have updated the firmware to BQ78350-r2 for IPSCALE, but i am facing a problem related to RSOC, ASOC & RC value.

If i will not do any IPSCALE then the RSOC, ASOC & RC data will correct. But if i do IPSCALE  then unable to get the desired value of RSOC, ASOC and RC doesn't fall(i.e fixed at 20000mAh)
