Hi team,

Our customers have begun investigating the LM5060.

They care about the drive capability of the LM5060, especially the source current.

They would like to know the actual drive waveform and the FET at that time for reference.

There is a start up waveform in Figure. 34 of the data sheet. Is this measured data?

If so, could you tell me the actual voltage conditions and FET part number?

Please let me know it if there is another reference waveform with known circuit constants and FET part numbers.

Thanks for reaching out! These are actual test waveforms captured from EVM http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snva413c/snva413c.pdf . The MOSFET part number is SUM40N10-30-E3

Can you share your application use case and system details.
