Hello,

Datasheet page #34 says “READ_TEMPERATURE_1 Returns the sensed die temperature in degrees Celsius.”.

But Datasheet page #69 says “The READ_TEMPERATURE_1 command returns the external temperature in degrees Celsius.”.

Which is true?

Hi Hirano-san,

It is the internal die temperature that is monitored. The word external on page 69 is a typo. You can refer to page 24 and it refers to the internal die temperature.
