Thanks for reply. Customer focus on motion control card and servo driver. so far, just know that this is for their IO module project. this INFINEON device can support break line detection,OVP, short detection and so on. This is also the first time I've heard "break line detection".

I am Audrey, an applications engineer in the isolated gate drivers group.
Currently, we offer two main families of gate drivers that have similar features: UCC217xx and ISO5x5x. These drivers have reinforced or basic isolation levels, short circuit protection for the power switch, and high drive current capability ranging from 2.5 A to 10 A (source and sink). These also have integrated UVLO (under voltage lockout) for both primary and secondary side voltage supplies. These drivers are optimal for high power devices like IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs that must switch high voltage and high current at kHz frequencies.
We have often recommended these drivers in servo drive applications due to their high current drive strength for high power drives, integrated short circuit protection and high isolation and CMTI ratings. For more detailed specs, take a look at the datasheets for UCC21732-Q1 and ISO5852S.

What type of application is this for? if it does not require isolation you could look at the DRV8343-Q1 or the DRV3245-Q1.
