BQ76PL455A: Unable to Communicate

Hi,

We are working on the BQ76PL455A custom board.

We have done the following for initialization

1. Low Wake pin

2.Since we have one device so we fix address as "0x00"

3. And we send "89 00 00 0A 00 DB 7F"

4. UART Configuration "250000-8-n-1"

But we didn't get any response from BQ76PL, are we missing any steps?

    Hi Ravi,

    Please first test your hardware with the bq76pl455a GUI or our example code using the TMS570 mcu in code composer studio so that we rule out any hardware issues and can focus on software. If that works then please check that using the auto addressing routine in the software design reference guide works in your custom code.
