Yes, you can add a second filter if you need a very small output ripple.

By the way, could you please share your Vin, Vo and Io with us?

I received just now a feedabck:

Vin = 2.5V, Vout = 3.3V, Iout_pk = 600mA, Iout_min <100uA

Dear Sir,

Based on your currently parameter, actually you can refer to the TPS61021A user guide for a reference. You can use the same parameter. 150uF input cap can be deleted.

By the way, what is the output voltage ripple requirement in this application? <40mV
