How long does it take for the SAR ADC to make a conversion if the UCD9081 oscillator is set to maximum frequency?

I want to estimate the worst-case time for the UCD9081 to detect a fault. For example, if the UCD9018 is measuring the voltage on MON1 and a fault occurs on MON8, how long will it take for the supply on MON8 to be measured and disabled?

    The Rail sampling rate is 19.8KHz(50.2us) based on the internal clock. The sample result is a running 3-TAP IIR filter which could take up to 4 sample to detect fault.

    Other than sampling rate, there are many other factors which impact the timing due to all the internal device processing.

    you may see mill-second  variation on the fault detection and disabled.
