I looked at the schematic and there are no obvious mistakes.
How was the output capacitance and the compensation values selected? It looks like the compensation values were copied directly from the schematic in the datasheet. This may or may not work but I think the compensation will likely need to be adjusted to cancel out the ESR zero of the 470 µF cap.
WEBENCH or the equations in the datasheet can be used to select the compensation values. The details Gerold is requesting may be necessary to select the right values.
