LM5008: Similar LDO Required

Dear Sir,

Could you please suggest any Linear Voltage Regulators with Max Input Voltage 100V and Output 12V /200mA or more output current.

Operating Temperature is -40deg to 125deg.

Are you looking for a switching regulator or an LDO?

A 100V switching regulator is the LM5163. This will give you best efficiency.

A 100V LDO is the TL783. This will be simpler to use.

I'm looking for an 100V LDO, TL783 looks fine, but the operating temperature is only 0°C to 125°C.

Is there any 100V LDO similar to TL783 with operating temperature -40°C to +125°C.

Nesh,

The TPS7A4001 is a 100V, -40C, LDO but the output current is only 50mA.

I don't think we have others, but I forwarded this question to the LDO group.

Hi Orlando, Nesh,

You are correct we only offer two 100V devices: TPS7A4001 and TL783.

Unfortunately TL783 will be our best offering, we do not offer any devices from -40C to 125C
