1. Super-capacitor's charge mode level is set to 5V, EOC shold become to 0 when level reached to 4.75V, but in fact, it become to 0 only when charged level above 5V, such as 5.03V

2. Led cant't flash, if charge mode is set to 4.5V, even if EOC has become 0
Super-capacitor voltage is charged to 4.6V, and EOC also has reached to 0.
After a failed flash, EOC become high level, but led can't be lighted, and Super-capacitor's voltage also didn't decrease!
Under this condition, we charge Super-capacitor to 4.93V , then the flash can work, led can be lighted, it is stranged!
