Hi TI：

    We used BQ27426 as a fuel gauge for the first time.

    I found that when I plugged in the charger to turn on the device, there was a big jump in the amount of power read for the second time and the amount of power read for the first time.

    Then I removed the charger, restarted the device, and the battery was restored.

     We are using the official code provided by the FAE. The related gmfs are also provided by the FAE based on the battery.

     I don't understand why this is happening. Can you help me?

    HI 

    Did  you perform a learning cycle after your programmed the file on the device. I would recommend you continue working with the FAE for continuity since he provided you that file. You will be able to get better support than through the forums.

        What do you mean by learning on a device? I

       FAE doesn't know what the problem is and there is no good support. So can you help me?

    Hi 

    The FAE provided the file from from us here in Dallas. Pls  direct your questions to the FAE and request a concall with the engineer that provided the file from Dallas. That would be the quickest way to get your problem solved.
