Asking for the recommendation on single diode load switch

Hi Team,

Customer is looking for solution for single diode load switch. The input and output assignment is shown below.

Customer required small size, high voltage (20V max.), 2A.

Would you please recommend the proper solution for this?

Hi SHH,

What do you mean by "a Single Diode Load Switch"? Are you looking for a MOSFET device or a diode?

We also do not have any load switches rated for 20V nominally. TPS22810 is ratherd for 18V and 20V is the abs max.

We offer high side switches that could work in your use case that are rated at higher voltages but i am not sure what you're inquiring about.

Hi SHH,

If you are looking for a high side device that is capable of running at 20V with a nominal load current of 2A, I would recommend the TPS1H100-Q1.

The high side devices allow for user configurable current limit and high accuracy current sense.
