TLV810: Change in behavior for rectified DC supply

Part Number: TLV810

I have made a circuit to toggle reset and hence drive a MOSFET based on my AC Input which I am making DC using full wave bridge rectifier.

When I am apllying direct DC to TLV810 it is working as per datasheet but for rectified supply it do not give the expected results. Please suggest.

Below is the circuit diagram,

  • Hi Tushar,

Can you provide a scope capture of VDD and RESET? Specifically, I would like to know the voltage and ripple on the VDD pin, and to see if this is violating the VDD min or max of the device or if the ripple is larger than the hysteresis of the S variant, in which case the output behavior may be unexpected. Please provide the expected voltage monitor trip points for undervoltage and normal voltage so I can double check your resistor values. Thanks

  • Tushar,

I have not received any update. Please reply with the requested additional information for me to help support. Otherwise I will consider this item closed. Thanks!
