Hi
Use BQ24707 as charger. After setting the parameters and charging a few seconds, the MOS on the DHIDRV side burned out.
Here are the charging parameters and the tested voltage:
Design parameters: 8.6-24v input;4 a charge;8.6V charging voltage.
The main voltage measurements are as follows:
Input voltage: 11.86v
ILIM voltage: 0.8v
ACDET voltage: 3.19v
REGN voltage: 6V
BTST voltage: 10.75v
