We do not have FMEA data for TPS65133 device.

I am not sure about the other devices but I will try to find the engineer responsible for them to see if they have such data for other devices.

TPS22965 does not have any short circuit protection. We also do not have any FMEA data for TPS22965.

TPS6282x and TPS53353 does not have pin open/short data either. I believe this address all you part. I will close this thread now.
