Whether TPS4H160 will support 100KHz PWM?

Hi Sushma,

TPS4H160-Q1 cannot be PWM'd at 100kHz.

The device timing is not fast enough to respond to such a fast PWM.

A workaround is to use the TPS4H160 in an always ON configuration, with a low side driver capable of high frequency PWM.

Hi Sushma,

We do not have an integrated solution that can PWM at 100kHz. I would recommend looking at dedicated driver IC's.

We have DRV104 which is a high-side driver IC that can support 100kHz PWM. I would also recommend taking a look at TI's driver portfolio:
