LMG1020: Latch up mode?

Hi,

Can the LMG1020 go into latch up mode when the output is below -2V in burst mode? If so, what would be the best way to resolve that? I looked into the datasheet, but did not see anything in regards to latch up events.

    Thanks for reaching out about lmg1020.

    When you say latch up mode, the 1020 output is latching during operation in which the output stays on while the input is off (or the output stays off even though the output is on)?

    lmg1020 does not have a latch up mode where this is part of normal operation. What are the 1020 operating conditions?

    is a bus voltage and load being tested? under what conditions does the issue occur? can you take a scope shot of the input and output waveforms to see if this is an issue?

    It turned out be an error with the under voltage lock out condition, which has been solved.
