BQ27426: The difference of QMAX is huge on the units that are using BQ27426 for 12000mAh battery

Why is the QMAX highly different on two units with 12000mAh battery

    Are these two packs the same capacity? You will need to attach a log and gg file extracted from both units showing the problem. Run a full charge and discharge cycle on both units while logging. This will allow us understand what is going on

    Yes, the two packs have the same capacity of 12000mAh. 

    I attach the logs that record the discharging case from the full charge capacity. After about 3 hours discharging under the same setting, the left soc for one pack is 11%, while the other is 49%. 

    The gm.fs file is also attached for your reference.

    Can you integrate the Qpass through each one of these logs to compare? The first step is to make sure for the same test, your Qpass is the same.

    I would recommend also performing a GPCCHEM test on both batteries to make sure they match to the same chemID.
