UCC3809-2: Primary Side Grounding

Part Number: UCC3809-2

Hello,

I am implementing the SLUU087B reference design for a 10-watt flyback using the UCC3809N-2 controller. This controller is listed as a primary side controller and in it's data sheet example application, it is grounded with the primary side. However, in the SLUU087B reference design (attached below) it appears to be grounded on the secondary side.

Is this grounding of the IC on the secondary side correct? Or should the controller be grounded with the primary side?

Thank you.
